 Torresanus is the revival of a Venetian type from 1484 based on Jenson’s Roman, designed as part of a workshop with Michele Patané and Riccardo Olocco at the University of Reading.

 Original letterforms such as the  R ,  e  and  z  were kept as stylistic alternates, while more contemporary versions were designed for default typesetting.
